In 2022, Belaupair was founded by Nantarat. As a former au pair, she understands the challenges and joys of au pair program and knows what it takes to make the experience truly fulfilling for host family and au pair.

 

Belaupair was created to fill the gaps and shortcomings left by traditional au pair agencies (example: they see you as just an another host family or au pair and treat you as a number, traditional au pair agency searches au pair and helps with few documents but further no guidance, host family and au pair don’t know what to expect from au pair program).

Nantarat saw the need for a new kind of au pair agency - one that provides a more personalized and supportive experience (example: provide guide book for host family and au pair, guidance during every step whole year, host family and au pair knows what to expect from au pair program).
